How does your billing system work?
You can buy prepaid credits with which you are able to rent our servers by the hour. One hour is the smallest unit available for rent, meaning if you rent a game server for a partial hour, you are still charged for one hour.
What if I forget to shutdown my server?
You are still charged for every running hour. You can specify a maximum time limit for each server upon launching it. This helps you staying within your budget and can help you prevent wasting credits if you forget to shutdown your server. If your credits run out, the server is automatically shut down.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Any game servers still running at this point will be automatically terminated. It is not possible to have a negative balance. If your credit is all used, you have to buy new credit to rent new servers. Former servers which were terminated because of insufficient credits can not be restored.
Why is the Asia region more expensive than other regions?
Server resources (especially bandwidth) are more expensive in the Asia region than in other regions. That is why game servers in the Asia region are more expensive as well.
